Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and guest rooms to brand standards
- Assist with event setup and banquet services for conferences and weddings
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Operate reservation systems and manage room inventory efficiently
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (for airport shuttle duty)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
