Responsibilities
- Execute a warm and professional greeting for all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Accurately process reservations, manage room assignments, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Maintain the front desk area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and restaurant reservations.
- Monitor security protocols and assist with key card issuance and access control.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role within a luxury hotel setting.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
