Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using property management systems
- Manage reservations and optimize room occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries with personalized service excellence
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Resolve guest concerns with solution-oriented mindset
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain secure key control and confidential guest data
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Indiana hospitality certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of Indianapolis tourism landscape
