Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to guests upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive first impression.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including managing room keys and processing payments accurately.
- Housekeeping Support: Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with amenities.
- General Maintenance: Monitor common areas for cleanliness and safety, reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Attitude: A positive, outgoing personality with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) when assisting with luggage or supplies.
