Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Operational Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the switchboard with professionalism and speed.
- Security & Access: Verify guest identities and process key cards securely.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage mail delivery, and update guest records in our property management system.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for motivated candidates regardless of background.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor is essential.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management software is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings (Shift Work).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
