Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping stations
- Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs using Opera PMS system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist with special event preparation and VIP guest handling
- Train new staff on operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid CA Food Handler Card (for F&B roles)
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
