Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and personalized recommendations
- Manage reservation systems, handle billing inquiries, and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and balance daily transactions
- Assist with special event logistics and VIP guest arrangements
- Uphold brand standards while promoting hotel amenities and local attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
