Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling high-volume inquiries.
- Process payments, handle reservations accurately, and update guest information in the property management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces to reflect our premium standards.
- Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
