Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby and common areas.
- Process payments and handle check-out procedures accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction during busy weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
