Responsibilities
- Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring all documentation and payments are processed accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transportation needs.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
- Process daily deposits and reconcile financial transactions at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management software.
