Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with directions, restaurant reservations, and local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or computer skills is a plus but not mandatory.
