Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any immediate needs.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process using our property management system, verifying identity and securing payment details.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding reservations, room service, and local attractions with poise and professionalism.
- Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby; assist with concierge services and directions.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrival and address maintenance requests.
- Administration: Process daily reports, reconcile cash drawers, and ensure accurate data entry.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine focus on guest service.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be computer literate and comfortable learning hotel property management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are highly valued in our diverse market.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
