Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to meet our exacting standards.
- Public Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas.
- Amenity Restocking: Ensure guest supplies (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked and replenished daily.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to requests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Report Maintenance: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have reliable transportation.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts as required by business needs.
