Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage high-volume front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones, processing payments, and managing reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on problem-solving and exceeding expectations.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to track guest information and preferences.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with property management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
