Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet standards
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures and respond to inquiries
- Operate hotel systems (e.g., POS, reservation software) with on-the-job training
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth shift transitions
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Support event setup and breakdown for hotel functions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
