Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payments are processed accurately.
- Provide warm, professional greetings and assistance to all guests, answering inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Manage the front desk switchboard and email communications with professionalism and timeliness.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with empathy and resolve issues to the guestβs satisfaction.
- Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and lobby maintenance to ensure a pristine environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Assist with lobby security and safety protocols as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, guest services, or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
