Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Manage phone inquiries and emails with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; hospitality coursework is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
