Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide local recommendations and assist with guest requests
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety and property
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or similar role
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar hotel management software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish/French) a plus
