Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration procedures are accurate and welcoming.
- Communication: Answer inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints and special requests immediately, escalating complex issues to management to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operations: Maintain the front desk area, manage room inventory, and process payments accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Marketing: Promote hotel packages, loyalty programs, and local events to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
- Coordination: Communicate maintenance needs and housekeeping requests to ensure the property is pristine at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Technology: Proficiency with computers and familiarity with property management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of a second language is highly desirable.
