Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email and in-person with a professional and friendly tone.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and ensure accurate daily reconciliation.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to ensure their stay is comfortable.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure a welcoming and secure environment at all times.
- Process and distribute mail and packages for guests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hotel management certificate is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
