Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate room assignments and billing information.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails, providing information about local attractions, services, and hotel policies with a warm smile.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operations: Assist with lobby maintenance, ensuring the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
- Security: Adhere to all safety protocols and security procedures for the safety of guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level applicants.
