Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out services for overnight guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for guest safety
- Monitor hotel systems and report maintenance concerns
- Process late-night arrivals and early morning departures
- Maintain accurate records and shift documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events
- High school diploma or equivalent required
