Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist in coordinating guest services, such as valet, housekeeping, and restaurant reservations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
