Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage the front desk reception area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and desk.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Support housekeeping with room turnover when necessary.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
