Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and hotel services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Assist with special requests to ensure a memorable stay for every guest.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
