Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out with efficiency and warmth
- Manage room assignments and guest requests using hotel management software
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through attentive guest interaction during all shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for valet positions (if applicable)
