Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and provide accurate information about local attractions and amenities.
- Housekeeping Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean, sanitized, and organized to meet our high standards of luxury.
- Reservation Management: Handle phone inquiries, manage online bookings, and update room availability in the property management system.
- Front Desk Operations: Process payments, issue room keys, and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Event Support: Assist with setting up meeting spaces for corporate events and private parties as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including fire drills and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk long distances.
- Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems or hotel software.
