Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Operations: Manage room assignments, reservations, and key card access systems.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Front of House: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including the lobby and waiting areas.
