Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and with a smile, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Reservations & Check-in: Assist with reservation management, room assignments, and the check-in/check-out process using our property management system.
- Housekeeping Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Shift Operations: Monitor security cameras, manage wake-up calls, and relay messages as required during your shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest needs are met promptly.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions according to company policy.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs) as needed for housekeeping duties.
- Professionalism: A neat appearance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
