Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel property management systems.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment in public areas and guest rooms.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of linens, toiletries, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms meet high cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
