Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handles check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Answers and directs phone calls, taking accurate messages and reservations.
- Assists guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Processes payments and reconciles daily sales accurately.
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolves guest complaints or issues with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation is required.
