Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts.
- Maintain high security standards for the property and guests during overnight hours.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Monitor building systems and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Collaborate with day staff to ensure a smooth handover of guest information and room status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality management is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a professional demeanor during night hours.
