Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of guest accounts, cash, and credit card transactions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late-night arrivals and departures
- Oversee security protocols and respond to emergency situations during shift
- Prepare daily reports for management and financial departments
- Train and supervise night staff including bellhops and security personnel
- Maintain accurate logs for maintenance issues and guest requests
- Handle guest inquiries with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or night shift experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of LA tourism and transportation networks
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
