Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding amenities, directions, and local services.
- Manage cash handling and credit card transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area at all times.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy (we will train you).
- Must be 18 years or older.
- No previous hospitality experience required.
