- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Assist guests with local directions, dining recommendations, and special requests.
- Process payments securely and maintain accurate guest records in our property management system.
- Maintain the front desk area and lobby in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
