Responsibilities
- Greets all guests and visitors warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Answers incoming phone calls and routes them to the appropriate department or person.
- Manages the front desk check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handles mail, packages, and general correspondence for the office and residents.
- Maintains the cleanliness and professional appearance of the lobby and reception area.
- Assists guests with directions, recommendations, and general inquiries.
- Updates and maintains accurate guest and visitor records in our management software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
