Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using PMS systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions
- Assist with valet and concierge duties as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid North Carolina ID or driver's license
