Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests and visitors upon arrival.
- Guest Services: Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage email inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or requests with a positive attitude and a focus on resolution.
- Security: Assist in monitoring security cameras and access control systems to ensure guest safety.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the only requirements.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and hotel software (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
