Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm hospitality
- Manage room reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize PMS systems (e.g., Opera) to manage occupancy and availability
- Act as local tourism ambassador recommending attractions and dining
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for local errands)
