Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera/PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Prepare daily reports and maintain guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of NYC attractions and transportation
