Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room status
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) effectively

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
