- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, personalized solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain detailed knowledge of local attractions and services
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Sabre)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
