Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guestroom readiness
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Perform nightly audits and prepare daily reports for management
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for duties)
