Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out service with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Act as primary point of contact for guest requests and issue resolution
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize PMS software (e.g., Opera) for daily front desk tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Illinois hospitality certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Chicago attractions and transportation
