Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Manage phone inquiries and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Act as primary point of contact for guest requests and concerns
- Upsell room packages and amenities to enhance guest experience
- Maintain lobby area appearance and security protocols
- Utilize property management software (Opera) for daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Cleveland attractions and transportation
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
