Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
- Address guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and balance cash drawers
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining options, and special packages
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment with organized paperwork
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record (for valet coordination)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
