Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently using PMS systems
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Promote hotel services and local attractions
- Ensure front desk area remains clean and organized
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
