Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with speed and precision
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using our proprietary PMS system
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphroom cleanliness standards and security protocols
- Act as local tourism ambassador with detailed area knowledge
- Process guest feedback and implement improvement suggestions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish/French preferred)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
