Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation modifications and provide detailed information about local attractions
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold strict cleanliness and security standards at the front desk area
- Participate in shift handovers and daily team briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Must pass background check and drug screening
