Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using property management systems
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy rates
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, personalized solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Act as local Phoenix ambassador recommending attractions
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for local errands)
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
